Looked like he had ample opportunity to make headway down the flank of the field towards the overall leaders but switched it in behind the main body of the field?
Body language right from the stalls horrible for me. All I am going to say is I would totally disregard that "below par run" next time that horse is seen out.

It is amazing how well backed that winner was today in comparison to Redcar.
Absolutely endemic within the sport and the authorities are either totally incompetent or do not give a toss. Maybe both!
