I'd suggest a check on the Charlie Hills stable form before going all in.

It might well be the most talented horse in the race but

(1) It probably has a shocking draw.

(2) McDonald has had his winner already.

(3) I have backed it ante-post and I would hate to give you my stats for the week.

Good luck.

very open race imo. this horse will have to be a monster to win on only his third start- he may well be.

however the likes of sioux nation have similar amounts of ability and far more experience. feel he is the horse to beat with hey jonesy an interesting outsider as think the blistering pace they are likely to go here could really suit him.

I’m with you lewisham on Sioux nation. As with Sun Maiden today group fork shone through. Potential is good and all....but group race form works out far better than potential. I hope Equilateral wins and wins well....but a group horse from O’Brien yard at 5-1 with 5 places is hard to resist imo

Looked special last time and there is a massive vibe coming from the stable even comparing him to Muhaarar already.

win back/place lay on here.
If he flops he will flop in style.

Sioux Nation looks as if he will go off favourite. Personally, I think he is better over a stiff five rather than a stiff six. Equilateral has to see it out as well. Doncaster and Ascot chalk and cheese.

I posted this on another thread

Visually, very impressive LTO and could be another Dayjur, or just a good sprinter that will win occassionally. If you disect the form, is it actually as good as first thought ?

Won well on debut, but it was an egg and spoon maiden at Bath. Looking at all the runners form there is only a single win before and after the race.

Forget it's 2nd run, it was eased and maybe something was amiss.

It's best run was obviously LTO, but ignoring the runner-up for a moment, there are only 2 wins from all runners before and after the race.

The bottom line is his form is based around one horse (rated 84) from one run, good that it was.

Will Ascot suit him ? York and Doncaster are flat tracks. Bath has a steady incline in the straight.

He's meeting hardened, experienced group class sprinters, a massive step up on what he's achieved so far, although he's earned the right to be entered of course.

Should he be favourite ? Not for me
Would i lay him at 5's   No
Would i lay him at 3's   Definitely

Trainer form has to be considered

I may lay the 3TBP and i like Invincible Army
