Rubbish. The race was in the bag. No problem with him asking for a big one, I like jockeys to do that, but not as far away from the jump as he was. He totally misjudged it and it cost him the race.

Made no difference to the result but like the first race asked the horse to take off too far from the hurdle. Bad day at the office.

The fear, do you not think that Dickie doesn't want it more than anything in the world after being 2nd to Mccoy all those years! He wants and he will get, Skelton outfit summer jumping wonders same as last year. Plus Dickie rides for everyone, Skelton rides for Skelton (with very few exceptions).

im sure he wants it doorman but does he not normally make hay himself in the summer jumps? He's a few behind already this season. The Skeltons obviously want it badly but whether theyre using up some of their ammo im  not sure.

i thought the skeltons had a good strike rate all last season up until he gave them the flu jabs and then it dropped % badly

skeltons have a summer team of horses & a winter team of horses & yes dickie has been in front through the summer in the years he has won it
