david o meara with the fav here but second string dalshand might go close 14.0 w/p for me trainer says exciting prospect Purchased from the Aga Khan in July, this unexposed stayer looks a different individual from the lean and mean athlete that we purchased in July. He's put on weight, looks far more relaxed at home and as the saying goes, "he looks a different horse" this year. We gave him a couple of runs at the back end of 2017, to find out a little more about him and to realign his handicap mark a little whilst so doing, and we really think we've got him travelling forward on an even keel this Spring. He's bred to improve with time and distance and we can see him racing at the big tracks in 2018; places like York, Doncaster, Epsom and Ascot in good quality handicaps that carry plenty of prize money to the winner. There looks to be plenty more to come, given the progress he's made at home since July. He's an exciting recruit for 2018.
