That was a hell of a ride there. He was rousting it on the outside of the field the moment the tapes went up, it ran in snatches throughout, yet he was still able somehow to shoot clear on the inside on the home turn.

probably due to the JP reserve going seemingly so well, however the winner looked to be full of running from a long way out

I think the big prices in-running came about owing to the way the horse kept coming on and off the bridle. When he got it running, it did look like the winner. |
