One of the worst rides I have ever seen!! Must have lost 20-25 lengths there.

He’s bloody awful anyway but that was terrible to watch. The horse surely would have won by half a dozen lengths given any sort of half decent ride...

tight to the stands rail on soft/heavy ground = yes
anything else, just stay far side or hand your riding fee back imo |

wouldn't mind but its slow good ground ffs and there's a strip about 20 yards of fresh ground opened up on the shortest racing line

think they may have gone too quick, first 3 home the last 3 early...if so, Poets wouldnt have been fair away if setting a more even gallop, suggesting prob not that much difference between the two parts of the track
