Although entered in the 2.35 and 5.50 at the 5 day stage and clearly aimed at the meeting, I feel the ground has gone against him as he has not won in twelve runnings on going worse than G/S and his recent good run was in a C4 over 7f on G/F. Johnson's record in the race is 2 winners from 7 runners with no places. I expect it to be 2/8 by 2.40 this afternoon. GL.

I personally can't find a single angle into any of the races there today. I was thinking that maybe Hawkbill can serve it up to Cracksman...but I've abandoned that idea now. I was looking at Brorocco too but the ground has surely gone against him. I'll just watch and enjoy today and keep the power dry for tomorrow.
