Did Betfair come to a decision over whether they were going to remove the 1 second delay? Hopefully someone updates us.
If Betfair want to increase revenue on the in running exchange markets they should:
1) Improve picture speeds.
2) Remove bet delay
3) Reduce or remove premium charge for in running horse racing.
I don't imagine many are paying the PC at the moment, but the commissions from increased liquidity would easily compensate the difference if it's removed. I know my stakes would be higher if liquidity was greater.

the way sports rights are going is not good for in running on horses or anything else on BF. Need too many subscriptions to watch owt these days. eg tennis going to amazon prime
