I suspect that the on going war between SIS & TRP will be be bad news for the stay at home punter. Early signs are that SIS are sticking to their own schedule they will try not to let 2 of their English /irish meetings overlap but appear to totally ignore what is happening on TRP. The arrogance & contempt of SIS is never better illustrated than Saturday by scheduling a 5.17 greyhound race from Doncaster. You can just see the punters in the shops as Blaklion etc are early fallers by rushing to the counter with a r/fcs on traps 1/2 !!!!

I have never understood who makes these decisions. Surely if it is done for the benefit of bookmakers and the levy, Irish bookmakers would want the same thing as UK ones?
