Surely 'legislature' refers to the institution/body or, by extent, the group of people (the legislators) that comprise it. Whereas 'legislation' is the collection of laws they have passed, including the Hunting Act 2004, which I presume Cutter27 is deriding someone for not being aware of.
I wouldn't take issue but every thread at the top of the page this morning had this idiot wittering about his writing skills...
