I'm sure that some of you who live nearby would show them how to catch it. This horse in in a very bad state and could attack a handler shortly. Best solution would be to release the runners and let the loose horse follow the others back to the stables, then carry on as usual.

They have been litrally trying to stare down a horse for 20 minutes - lmao
