Steedman: 'oh my my my my my my'. Then goes on to mention every excuse bar the over confident jock. Top gravy training. They never fail.

Over a furlong to get back in front, winner pulling away at the end, yet people blaming the jock on the fav Laugh

asking a horse to produce its sharpest acceleration inside the final furlong
rather than running the whole race evenly

that's why the jockey is getting stick coz it was an atrocious ride on the best horse

The point is he should never have been in that position...should have been a few length clear going to the last

Winner tanked into the race as well, albeit came off the bridle sooner.
What should Jacob do if he let's the fav run on and it is still pulling for its head?

why they think they ll always get a good clean jump then sprint away halfway up the run in is such a dangerous route to go . just keep it simple especially on that ground

Presumably, those making the excuses think the winner could have pulled back three lengths on the run in? He would also have been under that much more pressure to jump the last. A mistake and he is more than three lengths down.
