Apples Jaded.

Apples Jade is an absolute superstar - I'm delighted with her this season, she is in the form of her life. Lisa O'Neill who rides her everyday is very happy with how she's been going at home and she worked fantastic when we took her away for a gallop last week. I've said it before but this mare absolutely loves a battle and is one of the toughest horses I train, to win seven Grade 1s at this stage of her career is quite unbelievable. She obviously won this last year so is back to retain her crown and she is our best chance of a winner today. |

another so called super jockey on a horse jumping, hanging right takes it to the outside of the leader when 99,999999% of us armchair jockeys would have took it up the inside of the leader,if nothing else hampers the leader by jumping right

By:
walofs..didnt fire today beat fair n square.
|

By:
Not blaming the jockey, Apple jade just didn’t fire at all, something clearly a miss as this wasn’t the true running of the mare. Done my b@llocks on this but move on and watch the rest without a bet as this was my big treble, footpad won because the front two took each other on and ran to fast upfront, champion hurdler won after giving a good ride yet struggled to see off a load of rubbish then this !

Pretty sure this was another, like Getabird, that Kevin Blake wasn't mad on. He certainly flagged up that the horse wasn't jumping as well as last season and was lugging right. Punchestown might see her in a different light.

By:
Yes, my brothers and I used to go scrumping, there was a huge orchard backing onto our house back in the early 70's and our Grandmother used to make the most scrumptious apple pies. The Irish used to call scrumping for apples, "boxingthefox."
