Seems to come down to:
- place terms on the Tote stay the same after NRs are removed - well, they stay the same on here too and you're not playing in a market with 20%+ takeout
- you can cancel bets after you've placed them if you change your mind / circumastances change - how does that work? Wouldn't ppl just spoof the market?
- forecast bets stand after horses are NR'd - not on here they don't
