I enquired if it paid one winner double odds lucky15

M**: So I have just been informed that the double odds bonus will no longer be offered on betfair from here on in Surprised

M**: As this was not communicated sooner I will be adding the bonus manually myself right now

I had the same on a Lucky 15 today. I discussed it with a customer service operator online. After I quoted their multiple bets Rule 11, which still states double the odds one winner I was offered a Sportsbook Bonus instead of cash. I phoned customer service and got a cash payment instead. I was informed that there's a current issue and that double the odds one winner will return in the future. If it doesn't there's no point in them offering Lucky 15/31/64's

Had this out with paddy P over a year ago. I asked why they were not paying double the odds for one winner in a lucky 15, and they stated it  had been changed for a while to just a single win.
I said why hadn't they told us all on social media about this rule change? They seem pretty useful at this marketing game?
Silence.
FYI it should now be called a YAP , ie no bonus/consolation etc.

Had this myself with Laddies when an online L15 included a sports (football bet). Wasn't given double the odds which on checking was consistent with their rules. Problem is the software should not have offered it up as a 'lucky 15'...It was of course a yankee and 4 singes.

Does this work ? Not getting through on any bf email including VIP @ betfair.com. You get an em reply saying your em is in safe hands and 10 minutes later you get another one saying this service no longer exists !!!

Had this with SPRX couple of years ago- (spd firm but have fixed odds platform!!) I said you've no right calling it a 'lucky' when you're laying a yankee plus singles!! I Said the bet name was changed about 20 yrs ago to incorporate bonuses! Ie if you're not honouring the bonuses you shouldn't hoodwink the punters by calling it a LUCKY.I got paid but they disagreed with my point of you!!They STILL continue to call it lucky 15s.

so BF merges with PP, introduces all of PP's bet types and bonuses (or lack of), doesn't inform the existing BF customer base or even update their own BF terms and conditions to replicate these changes

11. Multiples ‘Lucky 15/31/63’ bet types - this multiple bet includes singles and upwards on 4, 5 or 6 selections respectively. The bonuses and consolations on this bet are available for certain markets only. The current applicable markets are horseracing daily race winner markets with the exception of ante-post markets. If this bet is accepted in error for any other type of market it will be settled without the bonuses or consolations. Your win single will be settled at "double odds" if only one of your selections win. For each-way bets, the bonus is only applicable to the win part of the bet. Bets containing non-runners or void selections will not qualify for win bonuses or consolations. The following bullet-points set out the number of bets that each Lucky bet type contains and the applicable bonus: Lucky 15 (4 selections) comprises: 4 Singles, 6 Doubles, 4 Trebles and 1 Fourfold. A 10% bonus will be added to your winnings if all 4 selections win. Lucky 31 (5 selections) comprises: 5 Singles, 10 Doubles, 10 Trebles, 5 Fourfolds and 1 Fivefold. A 20% bonus will be added to your winnings if all 5 selections win. Lucky 63 (6 selections) comprises: 6 Singles, 15 Doubles, 20 Trebles, 15 Fourfolds, 6 Fivefolds and 1 Sixfold. A 25% bonus will be added to your winnings if all 6 selections win.

•Betfair currently offers two types of multiples bets, ‘Exchange Multiples’ and ‘Fixed Odds Multiples’. These Sportsbook Rules only apply to Betfair’s ‘Fixed Odds Multiples’. To see the rules that apply to ‘Exchange Multiples’ please see the Multiples section of the Exchange Rules and Regulations.
•A multiple bet consists of a number of legs. A leg is defined as one or more chosen selections in any individual event market.
•Betfair reserves the right in its sole discretion not to accept certain multiple bets or to scale back stakes.
•All multiple bets placed are subject to the Sportsbook Rules that apply to each individual sport that relates to any leg of any multiple bet.
•If any selection in any leg is a non-runner or otherwise void under the Sportsbook Rules (e.g. an abandoned match) then all bets on that individual leg will be void and the Fixed Odds Multiple bet shall be adjusted accordingly. For example a treble including one void leg will become a double. If that voided legs mean that an individual bet within a multiple becomes a single bet, then this single bet will stand.
•Multiple bets combining different selections within the same event are not accepted when there are related contingencies (i.e. where the outcome of one event is likely to affect the odds on the outcome of another event). The rejection of related contingency bets may happen automatically at the bet placement stage. However, if such a bet is taken in error, Betfair may settle the individual bet combinations which include two or more of the related contingency selections, as single bets.
•‘Lucky 15/31/63’ bet types - this multiple bet includes singles and upwards on 4, 5 or 6 selections respectively. The following bullet-points set out the number of bets that each Lucky bet type contains:
•Lucky 15 (4 selections) comprises: 4 Singles, 6 Doubles, 4 Trebles and 1 Fourfold.
•Lucky 31 (5 selections) comprises: 5 Singles, 10 Doubles, 10 Trebles, 5 Fourfolds and 1 Fivefold.
•Lucky 63 (6 selections) comprises: 6 Singles, 15 Doubles, 20 Trebles, 15 Fourfolds, 6 Fivefolds and 1 Sixfold.

Before the Lucky 15 was invented with its bonuses etc, a Yankee plus Singles was called a Yap, e.g Yankee, Patent.
