Who are your !SPs  = Internet Service Provider?

Most experiencing NO problems whatsoever - A few others appear to be ... only a couple of replies to an earlier thread.

If you are all with the same Provider ? ...

Same here. Started happening about an hour ago. Bet as usual for a while, then went to place another bet and my 'Default Stakes' were no longer available, refresh back to 15 seconds and so on. I put everything back as it was supposed to be, but it soon lost it all again.

xaar - Whilst I am not defending Betfair ...

HOW can you say, "it's widespread," - when the Forum is not awash with most people complaining?

I can go to any race - Australian - Wincanton tomorrow - instantly with colours showing.

Placed 1.01 x £2 Lay bets - Accepted instantly - and then cancelled instantly.

Cannot really be the whole site for everybody, then - can it?

Still suspect it may be ISP router problem - if you are all using the same Provider.

Otherwise - and - forgive the obvious - But how often do you,  and others,  clear your Cache - Cookies/Temporary Internet files?

Computers soon get clogged up by such stuff, and performance is then affected

knox right absolute disgrace sometimes, had two bets this week both for good money all winning at the time then suspend one match out of them for no reason the rest of the game, how convenient, also the forum is much slower

Never even look at Sportsbook - But I am on the Exchange from Noon/1pm  through the Australian racing, everyday - without having to Reboot or anything.

The site is not, "down multiple times per week" ... at least not for everybody - Only ever Crashed for me, when Everybody else is also locked out.

CCleaner everyday before I start.

Windows7 - By far the best Operating System - Chrome Browser - Virgin Cable ISP.

Ive got all the above problems too.

The cat jumped on the open PC earlier and put on some bets i had potentially prepared just before an off and i spent all race trying to green or small red them out.

Things went wrong then and i assumed she fecked up the settings as well so im glad in many ways its betfair fcuked up.

Sorry to disagree xaar - re:Forum.

Forum was the worst it has been for several last Autumn till towards Christmas - Posts taking minutes to appear on threads.
Then it actually ground to a halt - despite us informing them, many times, that it simply needed rebooting ... a situation that had occured, and been similarly rectified, several times over the years.

Have to say, however - since the latest fix the Forum has been 'better than ever'. and entirely up to speed.

Have any of you contacted Betfair?

They - Customer Service/IT/Market Operatives -  do NOT read the Forum - so unless you contact them - well ...
