probably in most cases the right way callisto but not always as with native river 9/1 wh 8/1 sky no chance of running in anything other than the gold cup so he runs or missis the festival.

Although Lads are obviously a complete joke, how much value is there in betting Faugheen with Hills at 16/1 for the Stayers when if it runs in the Champ Hurdle you have done your money, same with Apples Jade running in the Mares, bet it in the stayers and money down the drain (probably). The wording is ambiguous and intending to be misleading imo, plenty of punters will place bets and think they will be getting their money back when they run in different races.

If their staff are advising people that I would be asking for your "live chat" to be emailed to you for future references (or go back on and ask the question again), because if that was the offer it would be highlighted all over the place. If you try and take it further and they will distance themselves from what you have been told, and they won't take any responsibility, and just blame the staff member who told you.

... and you'll find your maximum stake has been updated to 3 pence.  so you won't have to worry about the offer anymore

I had a 'special' AP bet in the Arkle with PP some years ago.
If second to fav money back as a free bet.
It finished 2nd.
I placed my £100 bet on a subsequent fancy.
It was withdrawn.
Bet is a loser sir I refer you to the t/c.
Be careful when in the coming weeks you get the books offering all sorts of'special bets' for the festival.
Read the small print.

A withdrawn horse on a free bet is like 0 in roulette. The house wins.
