Racing UK Subscription Cost / Offer

I'm a long standing customer and they only gave me £10 for 4 months after some time on £15. Looks like new customers have the advantage of making out they are not too bothered

if ever they decide that long standing customers are not for them they will realise when I cancel it

Disgusting that long standing customers are treated with contempt. Hardly a way to build loyalty.

I know this is long standing practice with insurance renewals etc, but £10 compared to £25 is a huge difference and does seem to show genuine contempt for existing customers.  It's pretty poor form and in a year's time I'm hardly going to want to renew if they bump it up 150% - particularly as I only need it for the AW at Kempton.

I GOT THE 12.50 DEAL
on the paperwork that comes with it ,it says reverts to normal prices after 12 months,ok with that but also has 24,95 on the paperwork,did everyone elses,will have to check that the offer deal of 12,50 comes out of the bank on 1st payment day
did everyone elses paperwork show the 24 95 figure

if i log in to my ruk subscription it says 24.95 pm but i only pay £10

Be careful with the bastards. They put me in the hands of the debt collectors when I didn't owe them a thing. They totally got their wires crossed and never even wrote to me before the letter arrived!

I've been paying £10 pm for the last year and have just renewed @ £12.50 pm after telling them I'm not fussed as I only watch Kempton AW on RUK not interested in jumpers . (Every time they jump a fence your money is up in the air)

Ist time , yes my letter was confusing regarding amounts but the correct amount was taken.

I've had enough and cancelled mine. I've found from an emotional point of view it's better to put your bets on, then forget about them until racing is over, look at the results THEN watch the races if need be for form purposes. It takes the emotion out of it all plus you don't have to listen to so called media experts peddling their tosh, whilst failing to cover our greatest bug bear - account restrictions - when some rep comes on quoting the days fictitious steamers.

I have been to a funeral today and was talking to Leslie's last clerk, the one who took over when Jeff was ill; he asked me if I had heard how Leslie was doing, I said I would make enquiries and let him know, do you or anyone on here know how he's doing?
