4 to be placed (Punchestown opener)
hard enough to win on here as it is without changing standing procedure with no warning :( Only money I suppose |

By:
the market was for 4 places. incorrectly headed up and could have mislead many

I think Betfair should at least give a reason why this was four places and not three, even if they admit it was done in error.
I, like others could have lost plenty. |

I lost £150 because of it.

Happened before and will no doubt happen again. We can all make mistakes but the process for checking for mistakes at bf towers often comes up short.

this happened before a while back .
can't be right or fair . i would ring them up and ask for my money back , or at the very least , an explanation as to why sometimes there are 4 places , so we know for future reference |

There is allways 4 places for this type of event with that many runners. The actual place market as its normally headed was indicated as 3 places look like somebody @ BF towers thought this was a hcap.

Good luck with trying to ring them up and ask for the money back. I've fallen foul of similar a few times and found hard enough to get them to understand the issue and they end up saying that market was settled correctly.

The market was settled correctly. The heading was incorrect that said place (should have been 3) but it was settled for 4 places .
