I have been complaining to Alastair, Mark et al about this wretched site keep timing me out for the past year. The stock answer is it's ok our end, and basically f off!

just logged in looked at kemptons card and then have to log in again to look at something else, stupid!! all those bookies adverts and they still cant get it right, rung up the other day to cancel my subs and was offered half price for 3 months so can put up with logging in issue till then.
