Watched the race on ATR website -the horse ran and finished 6th-did you lay it.

yes i layed the horse, i sent the video to them and they refused to acknowledge it as a runner
what should i do?

It was judged as a non runner due to the start, looks like the stall handler slipped in the stall and sat on it when the stalls opened

Fast forward to 5 minutesish in the video

UL jack btw, the was for the stalls handler slip, I've never seen that before.
