just went into my local baldy tried to get a paltry £200 e/w on simply clever in the 7.45 chelmsford @ 20/1.

cashier gets on the blower to their 'trading' team only to be told that the max they will accept is a bullseye e/w LaughLaughLaugh

next door there was a laddies, who subsequently accepted the bet and got slightly higher odds of 22/1.

job done.

badly is obviously a small fry, mickey mouse outfit.

baldies paying an extra place on that race along with paddies   albeit at a 1/5

if i stuck up 200 on here 2 hours before the race at 25s the 2 quid mickey mouse punters would ensure the odds come tumbling down. online bookmakers have shut me down, also.

Good luck , why didn't you pop yer head in there first. Funny how I would put that type of money on 5/1 - 9/1's but 20/1's are not my cup of tea. Too long between winners for me, Long losing runs are bad enough at my pricesScared

if you had the patience, you could drip feed it into the market in £5 and £10 over the space of 2 hours. not many have the patience to do that

This thread is probably a wind - up but I couldn't make it pay putting that type of money on 20/1 shots and I don't think many others could also. Great tipsters like Trainbairn and The Robster struggled and you would need a massive bank and the mental capacity to cope that most people don't have. There is one long running thread on here and one of the principle tipsters didn't back a winner for about three months last year.
Each to his own but 5/1 to 9/1 is were the profit is for me.

tip for the future: if you want a decent bet at say 25/1, put a grand lay up at 25/1 and the bots will immediately take it to 26/27.
