Made a withdrawal on Wednesday no funds arrived as of yet, got on live chat contact they said funds left account on Thursday. I said so why was it giving me the option to reverse it on Saturday. Another 6 days to wait for funds. I think they want customers to reverse funds.

Hi edward Thanks for getting in touch. We have received your call back request earlier today. Kindly accept our apologies for not managing to attend to your call today due to a back-log. Below please find the answer to your query. As the agent has explained our Payments Processes have changed recently as to when withdrawals are done from our end. If you request a withdrawal before 7PM your withdrawal will be processed at 11PM. Unfortunately, if you request the withdrawal after 7PM your withdrawal will remain pending until 11PM the next day.
