When in hills last week they had my pic behind the counter. I questioned them about it and they denied it was me (but it clearly was).
Im pretty sure that unless I have done anything illegal they should not even have my picture stored. But in an case, having the picture in a place were customers could see it is surely not allowed.
Do I contact a solicitor? The cctv monitoring people or go to hills directly?
Wonder if anyone else had experienced this.

This contravenes privacy laws. Contact Hills first. If no resolution seek advice from Solicitor.
a casino can hold an image of you as its a private establishment. Betting shops are public places and they are contravening data protection laws. First stop is maybe gain evidence from a disgruntled hills employee (plenty around) then take it to a solicitor

Mr Ed, if you scrutinise Hills' rules, which should be displayed in every shop,they appear to have it covered. I forget which rule it is. Whether anyone has challenged the legality, I don't know. WH seem confused as to whether they're bookmakers or Pinkerton's detective agency.
