Did someone forget to suspend the market when it went in play?

It's a right old mess on there tonight. In an Emerald Downs race they had a horse down as a non runner which was running.

If there actually was a mistake, will it get fixed? I'm not sure there was an error, but when I watched the video feed it looked like the market was in pre-market mode even though the horses were running.
