havnt clicked the link,does the trading video explain what to do when the site goes **** up?

there was nothing wrong with the site when this all occurred, running normal speed, bets could be placed without hiccup and all the cross matchers (cough, bots) were seeding as they should.

I think the suspend monkey went AWOL for half an hour and they only noticed after about 20 minutes or so, imho
