lets say I back a horse 5/1, can the gruss software lay off all the profit,one click the button and it lays off all
the profit at the falling price matching the money all the way down till the trade is complete or obviously the price stops and goes the other way and it still completes the trade. |

If you mean can you trade out by one click then yes, you can pre set a lay at a lower price and fire the lay in or you can use the level profit column which is there to continually show you your potential profit or loss should you click that button at that moment.
Obviously you could hit the button just as the market moves against and you therefore miss, but there is also an option whereby you can opt to fire a bet at a given number of ticks above what is currently in the level profit column which in effect is giving you a buffer zone. |

not interested in level profit, that would be the enemy of my trade, so I put lay up for 1k at 1.70 and I fire off
the bet at 2.00, it will automatically lay everything off at that price 1.70, it will over ride people trying to back the horse at a lower price. so in effect the trade will be completed all at that price. |

If you instruct it to lay the 1k at 1.7, provided it gets there that's what it will do whilst the customers are there to take it all of course, if someone came in trying to back it at 1.5, they'd get your 1.7, that's if you're starting whilst it's at 2 and heading down.
If you fired the bet whilst it was already sub 1.7, you'd get matched at lower of course. |

Around 6pm on 19-Aug-2017 Betfair added a new soccer market that has unexpected characters in the API data feed that our software was not able to handle. The result of this caused the software to get stuck trying to load the market data. We have released a new version that can handle this problem. This new version was previously being Beta tested by some users as it contains new features. 90% of the features I turn off, have one back and lay column, one custom column, override odds ticked pre-set back and lay and off I go......yeah about 1 hour.
