Early morning and evening before markets need doing away with as they are simply an early warning system for bookmakers. That is why they introduced them and are a menace for punters.

Fecking annoying, especially those who declared for Brighton and are now scratching, presumably because of the firm ground.  It is summer racing!  Should be firm ground if there's been no rain.  Gives succour to **** CoCs like the departed and unlamented Seamus Buckley and that idiot at Epsom who routinely overwater.

At least at Bath and Ponte the ground is soct but still bloody annoying.  I'm no trainer and don't own horses but stil.....
