Had a bet on the distances at Newton Abbot over 41 lengths,its currently 40 lengths with 2 races to go,but the market has disappeared and I have been credited my stake back in my account,most upsetting as it looks like a sure thing,anyone else had the same and no any reason why

Under 30 lengths said more than 30 lengths so they've voided the market !!!!
That's what I thought but customer service have informed me that we definitely will not be paid !!!!
market is supposed to be set up with 3 mutually exclusive outcomes (under/middle/over)
but it wasn't...hence voided

My bet was worded correctly
No mention in my bet slip of any other options
And most importantly the market was being played as under middle over

I agree the price for over 30 was consistent with what you would have expected for under 30
