Stall handlers

Has anyone noticed how promtly South African races start? Nearly every race they are on time and the fields are generally much larger than British ones

Tv goes on about hat a great job they do, I am I alone thinking they are really not very good, especially the southern tracks , Newbury possibly the worst
Quite often the handlers just seem to stand around looking as if they dint know what they are supposed to be doing, maybe it's bad leadership at the start
It's possibly not a polite time to post this but it does need looked at I think and maybe fines handed out for late starts
