Tried to log in today to get some early prices on tomorrows racing to be met with 'contact customer services'
Met with this
[Grant M] Having looked into your account, I can confirm that the business has taken the decision to permanently close your Totesport online account. Going forward, your custom has also been declined and we would not be able to enter into further correspondence on this matter. This decision has been made in accordance with our terms and conditions which have been provided for you below and state;
"Totesport reserves the right to decline the whole, or part, of any bet. Totesport reserves the right to close or suspend a customer's account at any time".

[derek kilday] can i kindly ask why this is. i have absolutely no idea what has happened. im extremely confused?
[derek kilday] has the account been limited due to winning bets? i

No reply. All because of a few £25 trebles paying out 700 odd quid and a a 4 figure 4 fold win invoving the bloody superbowl months ago? Bookmakers my arse! Baldy fred only interested in hoovering money from FOBTS and praying on the poor souls. Wont lay me a single penny now. Absolute bastards!!!

Unfortunately, bookmakers don't like punters winning and you are right about FOBTS.

You'd have thought Fred would at least have the wit to allow OP to place Tote bets.

Probably a good thing, as I just cannot win with them and yet still they restrict me to win £500. It's really frustrating, as I don't know if it's just randomness and results will turn my way, or I should take it as a sign and not back the horse I select if it's biggest price with them - or even lay it?
