this is time of year when his runners run poorly so they well handicaped for goodwood , especially at smaller meetings

got a lovely lead all the way round, plan was probably to cut out the pace himself. very nice performance.

I thought this about Soldier In Action before it's last run, looked a real GG type getting well handicapped then it sluiced up at Epsom
 In future will wait until Goodwood week rather than trying to 2nd guess engagements. |
