Poor from the starter either way - should be clear to everyone when the race starts whether that's a runner or not - but if it is a runner it's an abserloot disgraaaaace.

Matt Chapman totally right ,the starter was Nigel Wakley ,I will be ringing the BHA personally on Monday morning  ,if as I expect ,the
horse will be declared a runner.
