In-Running bets are NOT Voided, even if a LATE Withdrawn horse STAYS in the Market.... other than any mistakenly placed on the NON-Runner - be they Backs or Lays.
'In-Running' is treated as an entirely SEPARATE Market to PRE-Race - and ('In-Running bets placed After the 'Off')are NOT subject to Reduction Factor, either. |
