@impossible - you need to tell Chrome to allow Flash (either generally or just for the LV site) - there's a few posts on here with how to do it or Google can be your friend.

GODSEND....I googled as advised and followed the step-by-step instruction. I could not find "plugins" but checked Run Flash box. I think it is working - ATR is not freezing (yet).

Enter this URL in the address bar: chrome://settings/content
Scroll down to the Flash settings - change to Allow or Ask before allowing. If you're feeling advanced, Block and then allow the BF LV URL as an exception
