started happening to me when i upgraded edge so now watch lv on internet explorer and its fine,think its something at
betfairs end that needs upgrading

@credenden what browser are you using?  Chrome at least needs explicitly setting to allow Flash - Google are trying to get people to stop using it.

Try clicking the Green Padlock (Secure) at the top of the Live video page.

Go down to Flash.

Tick Always allow on this site

Refresh the page.

This worked for me

or open a new tab and browse to:

chrome://settings/content

Scroll down to the Flash options

there is a general problem with the site . My cpu usage leaps to 25 percent when Betfair is opened . All other sites are fine . This happens in all browsers . A slow site will result in error messages on video player which would not occur on a normal operating site
