Bath 15.30 Forecast betting (exchange)

I had £2 on the 3.30 forecast 2/4-4/2 @ 23. It won. Half an hour after the race I had not been paid and oddly I could not find a record of my bet. I rang and was told that yes my bet had been matched but that due to issues the market it had been voided. I then had an email confirming that the market had been voided and the traders will make a final decision. I find it all a bit odd and not very confidence inspiring. Not to mention that it is hard enough to pick a winner and one would like a good explanation why your winnings are being withheld. How many of you had the same experience?
