any ideas why on a horse hanging badly to the right would you ride him on the outside for 2 circuits,then when its all over between the last 2 loses  more ground heading for the rail where he should have been for the previous 3 miles ,besides that and going on to far out,he rode the perfect race

Maybe its not for you Johnny if you think going wide for over a circuit and then hitting the front far too early when you know the horse gets lit up is a good ride ?

Ibrahim , he hit the front way too early - why go to the front heading down the back straight ?  Why didnt he hold onto the horse as in other winning rides and kick on 2 out or in the home straight instead of burning it up so early ?

Twas not too disimilar to Wetherby on first run of season when he went for home too early

horse has won several times with a similar ride...its all about opinions .i also backed eod who ran pathetically.

No matter what my thoughts are about Brennans ride , that was excellent from Kelly.

I guess the idea was to give him daylight, as for going to the front too soon well the others were not going well enough to lead him. Unfortunately for some he was beaten by a better horse on the day. Look how far he finished in front of other he has been racing against.

Best horse on the day won, Cue Card had that very very long Aintree straight to go past and didn't.

Paddy up the run in was funny tbh. For eons he's watched hosses going past him and said "Good afternoon AP" or whoever; this time he's perving over Lizzies rump. Ye really should watch that again as he only cracks Cue Card when he realises it's a bint beating him..

Cue Card is not a straight forward ride as talented as he is, that's my opinion

Rightly or wrongly I believe Paddy thought he had Tea For Two's measure and only realised his mistake as they travelled between the last two fences. I suspect that had Cue Card been galvanised earlier he would have won. But then hindsight's a wonderful thing!

Didn't he blame the Wetherby loss on being told to take it up earlier than he wanted to? Deemed to do the same again here, though it'll be interesting to hear if he'll blame the Gizzards this time.

Rode  the horse from three out and almost gets back up ,what did he do wrong

Prior to today he has ridden the horse 12 times and won on it 6 times, with the horse having won 16 in total from 37 runs and so I would say that's a pretty decent return when they have teamed up.

and the tizzards and the owners have to pick of the jockeys.they obviously think hes doing ok on the horse..

I backed Cue Card and there was nothing more Brennan could have done on it, imo gave it every chance to win
Lizzie was very good on the winner, she was awesome over the last three fences when the chips were down, miss at any of them and race over, then the bashers would be on here, get her off it, it would have won with a proper jockey on..

T42 finished close up in KG when only a 6 year old, could still be improving, don't think Brennan done any thing wrong.
