Why are bookies allowed to shorten the price the night before like money is being piled on it, then bang! it's withdrawn first thing in the morning and a lovely R4 follows or have I answered my own question.

it's like at the tracks when a horse starts playing up and it's 16/1

magically it starts to shorten to a SP of 12/1 and is withdrawn Laugh
