To process a withdrawal from your account you need to select or hover over the 'My Account' option found at the top right hand side of the home page, where a dropdown list will appear. From the dropdown list, click the 'My Betfair Account' option, which will open a new page.

Once on the new page, you will see tabs running across the page. Select the 'Payments' tab. You will then see a number of sub tabs across the page. From these sub tabs, select the 'Withdraw' option.

From here choose the method you wish to withdraw from, enter the amount (your 'Available to Withdraw' balance will be displayed on the top right hand side of the page), confirm your password and select the “Withdraw” button.

Remember:

You can only withdraw from your Main Wallet. If you've got funds in another wallet (Poker account or Exchange Games account) you'll need to transfer those funds back to your Main Wallet.
We operate what's called a 'closed loop policy' when it comes to withdrawing funds. This simply means that if you've deposited into your Betfair account using a payment source, you'll need to withdraw funds back to that payment source as well. Take a look at the Why can't I always choose how I withdraw my funds? FAQ for more help.
Also, weekends and bank holidays are not deemed working days, which you'll need to take into account when working out when you'll receive your payment.

It IS THEIR fault when people are complaining, because BETFAIR themselves cannot seem to communicate with its' customers at any level. A shockingly bad company when it comes to customer service.

The thread is about bank withdrawals. It's NOT Betfair's fault that the withdrawals are taking longer than usual.
As said, it's widespread last few days.

Betfair's communication to customers is another matter.

Ok, didn't realise that. I should have started another thread about Betfairs communication regarding "withdrawals" and then got told by someone to post it on this thread!
