Was able to bet with laddies in shop but was told on Thursday stakes now heavily restricted. This was due to a new area manager who used to work for Joe, with whom I'm restricted in shop, and recognised my bets.
Is this legal to use information gained at one company when working for another? Data protection?

Good luck with that one. They would argue that they are one and the same company as they are now Ladbrokes-Corals PLC. If he only knew from Corals pre-merger then you may have a case but what's the point, they are not exactly punter-friendly with odds/stakes.
