Would normally be at declaration stage that it would change to there being a Rule 4, so would be the case with some on Tuesday. But whether the bookies are doing something special for Festival, no idea

WH have tweeted this "By the way, for those who have asked - if you took the 6/1 Oscar Whisky, it is R4 exempt."

Every year we have this confusion. Hill's tweet sounds like they are doing us a favour though. If I have a bet ANTE-POST (doesn't matter if bookie is giving the NRNB concession), then it is NOT subject to R4. Doesn't matter what a customer service monkey says.
