It is chrome, to get round it do this
In the address bar, type "chrome:plugins" to open the Plug-ins page On the Plug-ins screen that appears, find the Adobe Flash Player listing. Check the status (Enabled or Disabled). Click Enable. Select Always allowed to run to always allow Flash Player to run. Close the Plug-ins screen and it should work |

How do I install the latest version of Flash Player in Google Chrome?
Chrome users don't have to download new versions of Flash Player. Chrome automatically updates when new versions of Flash Player are available. That way, users always have the latest security updates. Select About Google Chrome under the Tools menu to verify that your Chrome browser is up-to-date. (The wrench icon near the Chrome address bar indicates the Tools menu.) It can take some time before updates roll out to all Chrome users. |

How do I install the latest version of Flash Player in Google Chrome? ------------ You DON'T - It is built into the Browser. ------------ If you have not got it back yet - then as has been posted ... type - chrome://plugins/ - into your ADDRESS BAR - (where you would type a website ADDRESS that you wish to visit) - NOT any google Search Bar - Then > Pres Enter Then - on the typewritten type page that appears ... Scvroll down to the BOTTOM Item - entitled 'Adobe Flash Player' At the BOTTOM LEFT of that article/Option is a small CHECK-BOX = 'Always Allowed to run' ... Make sure that is TICKED. |

Onlooker, my post clearly goes on to say exactly that.
Chrome users don't have to download new versions of Flash Player. Chrome automatically updates when new versions of Flash Player are available. |
|
By:
^ If you cannot get that to work - Try typing in (simply) ... about:plugins > then same instructions.
