This is becoming a farce,why do the starters let them go,they are supposed to start in a line.

Dowling really messed that up, had a chance to try and steal the race but gave the lengths right back by steadying the pace. Well done to Deutsch for what he did after the shambolic start, pestering the winner and ensuring at least some test.
Is there any other sport that permits such ineptness of it's officials or that allows competitors a huge lead at the start?
