All Exchange betting has now been temporarily disabled.
It's been fcked for nearly an hour now,idiots!

Strange they're only just disabling all exchange betting now - we only crashed about an hour ago.

After today's fiasco you'd think that any decent company would offer some form of compensation to their customers - and that shouldn't mean a free £5 bet on their Exchange Games/Arcade nonsense..

I have just discovered one of my lay bets has been cancelled by BF even though I had set it to "keep in running".  The horse finished second and I reckon it would have been matched if the site had been working properly.  I have 2 unmatched lay bets still showing on horses that have won.  What's the chances that they haven't mysteriously been cancelled??!!!!

In the last few months I've had winners settled as losers (had to ring them to point out the mistake), greyhound bets voided because they didn't remove N/Rs from their exchange markets before the off, and an e-mail telling me I'd won £100 in a Cash Race only to receive another one a few hours later saying I hadn't!! I feel that they treat their customers with contempt, probably because they feel we'll always be customers and dare not leave..

I know I'm going to get shafted IR at Meydan.

Layed the 40/1 winner at 8s after a furlong, greened up for a nice profit at 20s after 3 furlongs.
Went haywire after about 6 furlongs.
