I worked with him when he first arrived at Dickie's after Sir Gordon packed up and used to babysit his kids. Thoroughly nice lad and a good rider. Boldboy was a bit of a nutter that's for sure but he was really classy as well.

He sorted out all the difficult Horses at Dick Hearns he really was a fantastic Horseman.

Was a great judge at home a lot of Herns good ones went in first time out,keeping the Beaverbrook theme when Unfuwain made his debut at Newbury it had beaten a previous winner on the gallops easily so was a hot favourite to win its maiden,unfortunately Procter on Minster son got up and beat him.
Lady B's mostly had 7 letters Niniski,Charmer,Petoski and Minster son some of her better horses,she fell out with the Major and moved most of her string to Clive Britain with whom she had Mystico.
