Hero to zero in a few years, now just awful to navigate, seem intent on killing the product with their sponsorship bookmakers banners, pop ups and basically sending you up the garden path to get the information that we all go on for, I know they need to make a crust but this is greed.

Use their original ' desktop ' format. Much easier to navigate than anything they've designed for mobile devices.
the number of adverts on it is ridiculous and those ones that start playing video content when you accidentally move your mouse over them are infuriating.there have been endless issues over the last few months such as certain firms prices not being shown and all the blue indicating horses shortening being wiped late evening.
