Has any of the ATR's fearless studio or racecourse reporters actually asked what happened to Absolute Blast in stalls? Surely worth asking PJ a question, doesn't have to be regarding a look at his bank statements

Seemed to me the pace was quite slow and even though the fav was late coming out the stalls he didn't likely use up much energy latching on the field

It never ceases to amaze me how gullible punters are and how badly they are represented by the gravy-train slurping racing journos who purport to have their best interests at heart. The heavily made up, stuffed suit in the ATR studio or the two on course whankers didn't bat an eyelid or ask a question when Absolute Blast gave away 8 lengths dwelling in the stalls and gets beat just half a length! That PJ is a genius, fooled all the 'experts'! How relieved he must be that no questions were asked not just by the media but apparently also the Stewards!
