So what, I'm a long time punter who never had a reason to post here. And I want to know if I'm just on a super hot run or really onto something.

Btw, today I tried to use the opposite of my lay system to back longshots(since I don't lay above 10.0) And found:
2:55 Church Gate 20/1 - BSP 7,91, 3rd
3:30 Shuil 20/1 - 10/1 - BSP 15,71, pu
16:10 Hey Bob 12/1 - BSP 8,21 2,06 in play, 3rd
15:25 Deadly Approach 25 on exchange - BSP 11,96, 1,86 in play, unseated rider.

As you can see those were awesome value bets, which gives me more confidence in the lay system. I'll keep you updated.

Insufficient data in your post, for example what are the prices of your lays, what is the average price. If its 82 odds on shots then yuppee!! but if its 82 lays at 50/1 then not so impressive. the fact that you have not mentioned or perhaps appreciate that this fundamental to your initial post does bode well for you.

Obviously the bank wouldn't grow by 140% in 82 bets if I laid friggin 50/1 nags. I said I don't lay above 10, I focus on the top end of the market.

I'm not stupid enough to share the system, just trying to learn if this is more than a lucky run. I guess I'll see within the next week. Even if I dropped from 92% to 82% I'd still make great money so I'm excited about running that 1k to 100k.

Of course your bank could have gained 140% with 82 lays depending on your staking which your post makes no mention of. For someone wanting help and advice you a very rude and unlikely to get any help with such an attitude. Good luck with the method.

I know a good lay when I see one

I use fixed liability 100 on odds over 3.1 and 50 below that. Or 10% and 5%, doesn't really matter.

I can post a few lays, even though I shouldn't because I'm at work.

82 bets and £1400 profit equates to about £17 per lay. If you're betting between £50 and £100 per race, then let's call it an average of 5/1 for simplicity. If that's the case then you're doing well, but as you say it could be a lucky streak.

Posting them on here is a sure fire way of it going t1ts up. Good luck though, it'll be interesting to see how it goes.

gaze , in my opinion 6 days is way too low to make any assumption , even 60 is too low .

why don't you try back dating your system for a couple of years to see how it works out using websites that allow you to "test" systems

Hate to break it to you but 1 weeks worth of results is not going to give you enough data to determine the variance of your strategy. At least gather another 3 months or a further 1,000 markets.
If you are expecting to be able to determine the breadth of your system so quickly, i would say that it's likely you will also be expecting profits to come unrealistically quickly also, which will only lead to your demise.

The one losing pick in this thread didn't even pass one important filter. Soon I'm gonna have the best lay system in the world. My high volume is unparralelled, I can find a good lay in half the races, and it's better quality than most "one lay a day" people have.

Gazz, I was probably involved in racing before you discovered your for*skin. I'm not a professional, and don't have to be, although i've had some half decent bets in my time. I can say with complete confidence there are no reliable systems for backing or laying horses; you're having a decent run and good luck to you, but if you're still winning a good few quid in 3 months time, spend it on a holiday
