Try having a go at the low-class winter and summer gain, small fields etc, try putting the AW meetings on a Sunday when people can go, and don't forget that the poor have only so much cash/

What about a Tote monopoly/Tote exchange and break ties with the High street?

I'm just watching the Sunday forum from earlier today on ATR.....Levy solution is do not let bookmakers pay a percentage on net profits, I agree with Chapman about bookies cutting prices so why not just take them on all takings regardless of profits. how does Australia do it......they use a Tote system. Bookies want it all ways.....
